My Quit Post 1

On December 31, 2006, after 20 years of smoking a pack of cigarettes a day, I smoked my last cigarette. This blog is going to be about what I'm going through as I quit. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I have not had a cigarette in Five days, 14 hours, 55 minutes and 50 seconds. I have said NO to 140 cigarettes. I have saved $56.22. By not smoking, I have saved 11 hours, 40 minutes of my life
